Space and defense company Voyager Technologies said on Tuesday that it had confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the United States, though the number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.

The company, previously known as Voyager Space, announced its rebranding as Voyager Technologies last week. Strong equity markets, falling interest rates and hopes of a friendlier regulatory environment for deals and offerings under U.S. President Donald Trump's administration have ushered several companies to list their shares.
